John Elkington, CCIM

Under John’s leadership, the successful redevelopment of Beale Street provides a model for how to reinvigorate inner cities by capturing their regional flavor, music and culture.

John’s career in homebuilding and development began in 1974. Recognized by Professional Builder Magazine as one of the top 300 builders for the years 1982-1994, he has a number of professional distinctions. These include being ranked the 79th fastest growing company by Inc. Magazine in 1984 and as the developer of the first historical building under the 1982 National Economic Recovery Act. Between 1976 and 2010, he developed over 40 properties with a total value in excess of $300 million.

Donna Williams, CPM

Donna has over 15 years in real estate development and property management experience. She is responsible for review and follow-up of tasks as assigned by the chief executive officer. She develops and implements advertising, marketing and leasing programs for various developments and clients, and she is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual operating budgets. Donna developed Personnel Guidelines and is responsible for their implementation and monitoring along with administration of Employee Benefits.

Prior to her work with EREG, Donna was the Community Manager for Valley Ranch, a 2500-acre mixed-use development in Irving, Texas. Donna was responsible for oversight of the entire development including 4,000 single-family homes, 20 apartment communities and eight retail centers.

As Regional Vice President for Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Dallas, Texas, she had full responsibility for the operation of their Dallas Region. The region included 50 community associations and eight master planned communities in Texas, New Mexico and Florida. Her responsibilities also included the
operation of the multi-family division (6000 units) where she was responsible for hiring, supervision and training of office and field personnel.

She received the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification in 1993 through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently obtaining her Affiliate Broker’s Real Estate license. She attended Union University and the University of Memphis with business administration as her primary focus.

Fletcher Elkington, VP of DEVELOPMENT

Fletcher is the head of leasing and vice president of development for Elkington Real Estate Group.

At EREG, Fletcher helps expand clients across the Southeast.  He has served as tenant representative and listing agent for developments in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Tennessee.



Dianne is responsible for preparing leases for the Beale Street Entertainment District and for tenants in EREG’s other developments.

She joined Elkington & Keltner Properties in 1984 during the beginning stages of Beale Street’s redevelopment, working in accounting for the district. After opening a retail store on Beale Street, Dianne returned as executive assistant to John Elkington at Performa Entertainment.

In 2004, Dianne received her Affiliate Broker’s license from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. She is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
